Ninja e-1 and Z e-1 bikes are getting all the buzz and it's th e talk on Reddit of all places. You post about them and crickets then someone else throws up a thread and it blows up. Not sure if it was the title the timing or just dumb luck. And hey are those bikes actually worth all the hype?

i looked into them because I'm interested in getting one.Honestly it's a bit disappointing compared to gas-powered options. But you have to start somewhere, right?I'm curious to see how people will modify and improve these in the future. One good thing is that it has better speed control than just relying on bicycle brakes

If you're just riding around town or just starting out, these electric motorcycles are pretty good. They're easy to ride and look like a Kawasaki. But if you want real speed or long rides, they probably won't cut it, especially when you compare them to gas Ninjas or other electric bikes. The slow top speed and short range are a big problem for a lot of people. You get more bike than an electric scooter or e-bike, but they're not a real sportbike.
