Has anyone actually ridden the new Kawasaki Ninja e1 yet? Been thinking it'd be sweet for quick city drive like grabbing food or going to the gym stuff like that. I'm a Kawasaki guy so it's tempting. Good news I got a test ride and here's the lowdown. It's a blast smooth power handles great and feels well built. Love the quiet ride and those removable batteries. But the range is a real bummer you'll see it drop fast especially at higher speeds and highway trips are a no go you just can't keep up. Price feels a bit high for what you get honestly.

Appreciate the real-world feedback! Sounds like Kawasaki built a solid commuter, but that range drop at higher speeds is disappointing. I get that it’s made for short city trips, but for the price, they should’ve pushed for more battery capacity or better efficiency. Did you notice if regen braking helps much, or does it still burn through charge too fast?
